>Are you shipping outside of U.S.?
We currently do not support international shipping outside of the U.S.
>How is tax calculated in my order?
Orders shipping to California will be charged sales tax.
>I have placed an pre-order item for over 1 week. Why I still haven't received a tracking email yet?
Arrival time is not guaranteed. Estimated arrival time is about 14-24 business days. Please allow 7-10 business days for us to prepare the stock after you placed the order. When the item arrive at our L.A warehouse, we will inspect it, and pack it for you. A tracking number will be released and we will send a shipping fulfillment email to you once your parcel is ready to depart from our L.A warehouse.
Please not that the arrival time are subject to change and could be delayed due to the suppliers and other uncontrollable factors.
>I want to cancel my order. How do I do that?
Please contact xbdla2017@gmail.com and provide us with your order number, we can cancel an order that's placed in 12 hours. If your order is placed over 12 hours, unfortunately we are unable to process your cancellation as it's likely your order is in the process of stock preparation.
>How do I return an item?
All other returns need to be authorized by us. Please send us an email (xbdla2017@gmail.com) and we will be getting back to you within 24 hours.
