• Free shipping for all U.S orders over $50 USD.
• Every item on our site is pre-order, thus it generally takes about 14-24 business days for the parcel to be delivered.
• We ship from our Los Angeles warehouse.

 

 

ORDER ARRIVAL

Arrival time is not guaranteed. Estimated arrival time is about 14-24 business days. Please allow 7-10 business days for us to prepare the stock after you placed the order. When the item arrive at our L.A warehouse, we will inspect it, and pack it for you. A tracking number will be released and we will send a shipping fulfillment email to you once your parcel is ready to depart from our L.A warehouse.

Please not that the arrival time are subject to change and could be delayed due to the suppliers and other uncontrollable factors.

 

Return

Items purchased from SH. Babe are eligible for a full refund if contacted within 30 days of receipt. Please note we refund will be made to your original payment method. Customer will be responsible for return shipping fee.

All returns must be authorized by us.  Please send the return request to hi@shbabe.com, with order number and specific items requesting to be returned.   

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and come with the original tags, if applied.  The refund will be processed at the time of receipt of the return package, store credit refund will be processed to the account the order was originally placed.  Sales items, and 30% or more off are final sales, cannot be returned.
